Fudgy Cocoa Brownies

🥘 Ingredients

  • Dutch processed cocoa
    1/2 c
  • add-ins (walnuts, peanut butter chips, etc)
    1/2 c
  • eggs (large)

  • flour
    4 tbsp
  • melted butter
    1/2 c
  • salt
    1/4 tsp
  • sugar
    1 c
  • vanilla
    1 tsp

  • 8×8 square pan

    Pre-heat oven to 350F. Grease a 8×8 square pan .

    Add sugar and Dutch processed cocoa to melted butter and mix until the sugar has dissolved.
    sugar: 1 c, Dutch processed cocoa: 1/2 c, melted butter: 1/2 c

    Add eggs and vanilla and whisk for at least ⏱️ 1 minute , until well combined and the batter is shiny.
    eggs: 2 (large), vanilla: 1 tsp

    Stir in flour and salt until the flour is fully combined. Be careful not to overmix.
    flour: 4 tbsp, salt: 1/4 tsp

    Optional: Fold in add-ins .
    add-ins: 1/2 c (walnuts, peanut butter chips, etc)

    Spread in the pan and bake for ⏱️ 45 minutes or until the center is slightly set.
