Fudgy Cocoa Brownies

- 8×8 square pan

1Pre-heat oven to 350F. Grease a 8×8 square pan .

2Add sugar and Dutch processed cocoa to melted butter and mix until the sugar has dissolved.sugar: 1 c, Dutch processed cocoa: 1/2 c, melted butter: 1/2 c

3Add eggs and vanilla and whisk for at least ⏱️ 1 minute , until well combined and the batter is shiny.eggs: 2 (large), vanilla: 1 tsp

4Stir in flour and salt until the flour is fully combined. Be careful not to overmix.flour: 4 tbsp, salt: 1/4 tsp

5Optional: Fold in add-ins .add-ins: 1/2 c (walnuts, peanut butter chips, etc)

6Spread in the pan and bake for ⏱️ 45 minutes or until the center is slightly set.
